Order Lead Time
Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance. Rush orders depend on availability.
Payment Terms
A 50% down payment confirms the order. Balance must be paid before or upon pick-up/delivery. Payments via GCash, bank transfer, or cash.
Pick-up & Delivery
Pick-up at 20 Alabama St., University Hills, Potrero, Malabon City. Delivery fees apply. Please inspect orders upon receipt — no claims after handover.
Storage & Consumption
Best consumed within 4 hours. Refrigerate immediately if not eaten right away. We are not liable for issues after delivery/pick-up.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before are refundable. Less than 24 hours = no refund. Down payments are non-transferable.
