Reseller Terms & Conditions

Please read through before submitting your application:

  1. Reseller price ay para sa resale lang — hindi ito personal consumption discount.
  2. Hindi pwedeng ibenta ang mga produkto below the set Suggested Retail Price (SRP), maliban kung may prior written approval mula sa Hearth & Brew.
  3. Reseller ay hindi awtorisadong mag-claim ng ownership o official partnership status sa Hearth & Brew brand nang walang naaprubahang agreement.
  4. Order lead time: minimum 3 days bago ang target pick-up/delivery date. Rush orders subject to availability at possible rush fee.
  5. Full payment upfront ang default term para sa Tier 1 at Tier 2. Tier 3 partners ay maaaring mag-apply para sa 50/50 terms pagkatapos ng 2 successful order cycles.
  6. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours ng delivery/pick-up kasama ang photo proof para sa replacement o refund consideration.
  7. Area exclusivity (Tier 3 lang) ay hindi awtomatiko — kailangan ng separate agreement at maaaring may minimum monthly volume requirement para mapanatili.
  8. Hearth & Brew reserves the right na baguhin ang pricing, tiers, o discontinue ang reseller program anytime with reasonable notice sa mga kasalukuyang reseller.
  9. Reseller ay responsable sa sarili nilang packaging, storage, at proper handling ng mga baked goods pagkatapos ng turnover.
  10. Submission ng application ay hindi automatic approval — pipili at aapprubahan ang mga reseller base sa availability ng slots per tier.
